Other information: Lauren has a keen interest in international human rights, including how the rights of ethnic minorities and indigenous people can be better protected and promoted. She is an active member of the New South Wales Young Lawyers Human Rights and International Law Committees, and the Women Lawyers’ Associations of New South Wales and Queensland. Lauren has volunteered with the Refugee and Immigration Legal Service and has tutored survivors of trauma and torture. She has served as President of the Griffith Organising Debating Society and has participated in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Hong Kong. Lauren enjoys studying German and French, kayaking, hip hop and afro jazz.
