Other information: Angela is particularly interested in sustainable development and has recently worked at the Victorian Eco-Innovation Lab, a sustainable think-tank in Melbourne. Angela was the female Australian Modern Pentathlon representative in the 2008 Beijing Olympics, and has shared her experiences as a mentor and speaker, including speaking at schools to promote the ‘Kids Try-athlon’ and mentoring the Active Girls Breakfast Initiative in Victoria. She has also represented the University of Melbourne as the 2010 Australian University Games Women’s Team Captain and managed the Fencing Team at the 2011 Australian University Games, as well as being the recipient of two ‘Full Blue’ awards and one ‘Half Blue’ award in Fencing. In the future, Angela would like to help develop contemporary cities and urban landscapes which reduce reliance on fossil fuels.
