A constituency is a country, a group of countries, and/or territories, regions or states, grouped together for the purposes of administering scholarships.

Covering Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Virgin Islands (British), Cayman Islands, Dominica, Grenada, Guyana, Montserrat, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Trinidad and Tobago, or the Turks and Caicos Islands.
